About Our Classes
Small Group Training
Ideal for those who don't like going to a standard gym, prefer working out with friends, and love the motivation of a team setting. Take advantage of a high-energy community atmosphere and improve overall fitness as a group, while following a carefully crafted strength and conditioning program under the direction of a trained coach. Everyone works on the same program, but at varying levels of progression and intensity. This is not a bootcamp! These classes provide more individual attention (maximum of 12 students per class) and results based programming than what is typically found in bootcamp style fitness classes. Our program is based on Russian Hardstyle training and is supplemented with traditional athletic training methods. The workouts are on a periodized program, meaning that the style of workout shifts through different phases through the year to ensure safety, consistency, balance, and continued progress for each individual. Nutrition challenges are offered throughout the year as well, and workouts will utilize your bodyweight, jump ropes, battling ropes, medicine balls, and kettlebells.
First class is free to come try! But please note that after one trial class, drop-in classes are discouraged. These classes follow a progressive program and require regular attendance in order to safely learn the skills taught, and achieve the desired progress in strength and conditioning. For this reason, classes are only available through monthly memberships and punch card memberships.
Yoga
Our yoga classes are designed to provide a challenging yet balanced approach, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Through powerful flows, balance poses, and strengthening holds, there is a style and difficulty level to suit anyone looking to prioritize their health through this timeless practice. The atmosphere is always very casual, relaxed, and fun!
Yoga classes are open to Octane members at no extra charge, and as a drop-in class to non-members for $8.
