Join us tomorrow at Octane at 10am for a nutrition seminar about how to eat for your body type! Food log worksheets will be available for the next 8 weeks to keep you on track during our Basecamp programming.
We also have a New Year’s sweat bet you can get in on! Bet $25 that you’ll attend 25 classes over the next 8 weeks (Jan 6- Feb 29) and that you’ll turn in all of your weekly food logs. Members who meet those goals get to split the pot!
