 24 min AMRAP, 400m run every 6 mins

12 wall balls

Start with a 400m run at 0:00, then do as many rounds as possible of the circuit until 6:00, then run again. After each run, pick up where you left off on the circuit. Runs will be at 0:00, 6:00, 12:00, and 18:00.
