Great week so far in the new training room! We've been having fun working on new skills and using equipment that we haven't been able to in a while. And I think it's safe to say that most of us are FEELING that we've been working those muscles a little differently :-p. Bootcamp Workout Thursday & Friday Partners A- 2400m run B- AMRAP of the following circuit: 20 Bear squats 20 Dips 20 Squat jumps 20 Push-ups 20 Butterfly sit-ups * The run is performed as a relay in 400m increments. While one partner runs, the other works on the circuit. Partner A takes over wherever partner B left off after returning from the run.
